Living Well with Diabetes @ West Babylon Public Library

Ellen Chowdhury, RN, CDE, Program Coordinator for Diabetes Care at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center will be providing an informative lecture on the self management of diabetes, followed by a question and answer session. The program provides comprehensive outpatient, educational information for people with diabetes and their families. Registration is underway.
