Homecoming Parade Shows Off Panther Pride

Orange-and-black led the way down Main Street prior to the Panthers' big homecoming win.

The beginning of the fall season means a few things in Babylon Village: beautiful, colorful scenes at the waterfalls of Argyle Lake, the fall festival street fair taking over Deer Park Avenue and, of course, another season of Babylon Panthers football.

The varsity football squad is off to quite a start, again, this season, and before taking home the victory in Saturday's game against Mount Sinai, their fellow Panthers lined Main Street to show off their pride before the matchup.

With the marching band leading the way down Main Street, over 150 Panthers donning the orange-and-black made their way to Coach Williams Field, attracting the attention of fair-goers on Deer Park Avenue.

The Panthers naturally defeated their Mt. Sinai Mustangs foes in another dominant game to the tune of 42-7.

The Panthers themselves are undefeated in 2013, and have won 18 straight games since the first game of 2012.
