It's Oklahoma Time at the High School Theater

Local high school students will take to the stage this week and seniors are provided a special free performance and pre-show dinner.

Young student actors of Babylon Junior Senior High School will take to the stage to perform Oklahoma! this week, with a free senior citizen performance, complete with pre-show dinner, opening the theatrical run.

Seniors interested in seeing the Rodger and Hammerstein production, based on the play "Green Grow the Lilacs," by Lynn Riggs, should call the high school at 849-7910 to reserve seats for the 5 p.m. show and seating at the dinner provided by the Leo Club senior dinner and theater program. The dinner will be at 3:30 p.m. at the high school.

The musical performance dates are Friday, December 10 and Saturday December 11 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, December 12th at 2 p.m. All shows will be performed in Rowe Hall at the high school.

Tickets are  $10 for adults and $5 for students.
