Nearly 100 students at Babylon Memorial Grade School participated in the 22nd annual Turkey Trot.

Nearly 100 students came ready to race in the 22nd annual Turkey Trot at the Babylon Memorial Grade School on Saturday morning.

The race is the culmination of an afterschool club in the Grade School that trained students in grades three through six to increase endurance and speed.

The club was coached by fifth-grade teacher Joe Rossi and sixth-grade teacher Danielle Erardy. They were assisted by members of Babylon's girls' varsity cross country team.
