West Babylon Student-Athletes Sign Letters of Intent

Two West Babylon seniors have declared where they are headed for college.

Two West Babylon Senior High School seniors, Kevin Reisman (lacrosse) and Brianna Scotto (softball), recently signed their letters of intent to play sports at the collegiate level next school year.

In a room with proud parents and administrators, Reisman signed the letter indicating that he will attend the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., a childhood dream of his.

“It means everything to me to have this dream fulfilled. I can’t wait to play Division I athletics in a school with such a strong academic program and rich traditions,” said Reisman. “I’m looking forward to the whole experience.”

Scotto received a full scholarship to play softball for Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Pa.

“The coaches from Holy Family are great. They were very supportive of me,” Scotto stated. “It makes me think that my experience there will be as good as the one I shared with my West Babylon team.”
