Babylon Boosters Club Holding 1st Annual Chili/Chowder Cook-Off
Local booster club is holding a cook-off to lay claim to the best chili and chowders in Babylon.
The Babylon Booster Club will be hosting its First Annual Chili and Chowder Cook Off on Saturday, October 13th at the Babylon Panthers' Homecoming!
Local jusdges will sample and vote on who will have the "Best Chili in Babylon" and "Best Chowder in Babylon" in two divisions: Babylon residents and Babylon restaurants.
Residents can enter for $25, which includes their annual Booster membership. The winner will receive a Booster Chili-Chowder Apron plus the ever-special Village bragging rights for the year!

Restaurant can enter for $100, which includes their annual Booster membership and listed as a sponser of the event. The winner will receive a Booster Chili-Chowder Championship Plate to be displayed at your restaurant.
All spectators are welcomed to test the local recipes and all competitors must submit a minimum of three gallons of Chili and/or Chowder.
