Traditional Tai Chi @ West Babylon Public Library

Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese exercise, is believed to promote balance, health and longevity. Join certified Tai Chi instructor Diane Greenberg for a traditional tai chi class exploring the Simplified Yang Style 24 Forms. Students of all levels and experience are welcome. Modifications can be made to accommodate all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. October registration is underway. Non-refundable fee for the 3-week October session: $9.
