Players  should arrive by 5:40 pm for locker room assignments & suiting  up.

Players must bring the  following documents to the  tryout: Proof of CURRENT USA HOCKEY INSURANCE (confirmation page); one  signed copy of the West Islip Consent to Participate  form; two signed copies of the SCHSHL Player Registration  form.
