Yoga Tots

Learn the importance of postnatal yoga and the gift of practicing yoga with your tots. This class is geared for children ages 1-3 (Beginning when babies become mobile) The early years are an important time for connecting with other moms and of course, their babies. Mommy and Me yoga is acombination of strengthening, being flexible in the body and in life, and teach many integral lessons of parenthood. Let your child play with others while they see and do fun and interactive yoga postures. Have them crawl under your down dog and fly high with some acro yoga! We sing, move, dance and learn!  

  • Learn about the postnatal body, common discomforts and how yoga can help.
  • Surrender your ideas of what a yoga class is “supposed to be.”
  • Learn poses to stretch baby, postures for mom that are playfully interactive with baby, and to enjoy a full flow that includes baby-in-arm.
  • Massage and partner breathing are also a part of this practice.
  • Singing, swinging, dancing and parachuting also are included!
