Football Digest: Babylon Still Perfect, W. Babylon Reaches .500

Both Babylon-area teams took it to their opponents this week and rallied from behind for wins.

Babylon Stays Perfect, Rallies From 9 Point Defecit

The Babylon Panthers remained perfect this season, rallying from being down 16-7 at the start of the fourth quarter to win their fourth straight game, 22-16.

The running game led the way for Babylon, with quarterback Nick Santorelli taking the ball a yard to pull the Panthers within two points in the fourth. On the next offensive play, wide receiver Jake Carlock returned a punt 62 yards for a touchdown and a two-point conversion sealed the deal for the Panthers.
