Extreme Babylon Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program offering a hard, but rewarding, workout. Sessions take place outside, rain or shine, and run for 90 minutes. The workouts are designed to decrease lower-body fat, specifically in order to conquer the tenacious 'last ten pounds,' and improve endurance. Exercises include fundamental strength building movements, as well as running activities. Body fat percentage is measured weekly along with before and after photos. Packages include three, four or five sessions per week.
